You are responsible for all activity under your account, including user access controls, credentials, and connected integrations. You agree to provide accurate business information and keep account details up to date.
You must comply with applicable laws, anti-spam requirements, consumer protection rules, and platform policies. You must not use OfficialAPIs for unlawful, abusive, misleading, or unauthorized messaging.
Paid features are billed according to your selected plan and usage. Fees from third-party providers, such as Meta conversation charges, may apply separately. Late or failed payments may result in service suspension.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect service data. You are responsible for lawful collection and processing of your customer data and for configuring retention and deletion settings according to your obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OfficialAPIs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, third-party outages, or policy enforcement actions by external platforms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
